This studio is a retreat haven all for you alone. To relax. To gain new energy. With unobstructed views of meadow and forest. And with a very special location: one step outside the door and you are in one of the largest contiguous nature reserves in the Netherlands, with the sea and beach within walking distance. Here you do not have to enter the car for days.

Facilities
The studio is an indoor 'tiny house' of 28m², with its own front door, realized in the spring of 2022 in the sleeping wing of the main house. On the ground floor you will find the living room, toilet/shower and kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, etc. combi microwave and induction plate. A miller's staircase leads to a mezzanine with Auping bed, cupboard and beside table. 

As comfortable as can be. .
The studio can definitely be called luxurious: beautifully finished, tasteful and fully furnished and equipped with all comforts, such as excellent internet. You park at the nearby Noorderstraat dune car park.

Green, green, green
ZeeVELD and therefore the studio as well, are located in the midst of meadows and forests. Your private terrace is oriented to the west. Turn your chair a quarter turn and you can sit comfortably in the southern sun! The wide green belt adjacent to your terrace is formally your private property. But people are curious. Occasional guests can walk past from the main house.

This is your front yard
Your front yard: the unique and protected nature reserve: the North Holland Dune Reserve. This beautiful park, part of the Natura 2000 network, is about 5,300 hectares in size, making it one of the largest contiguous nature reserves in the country. It is about 20 kilometers long, 2.5 kilometers wide on average and stretches from the village of Wijk aan Zee to the Schoorlse Duinen. Every kilometer in the area is different, with specific plant and animal species. Sea and beach are within walking distance.

Contact Sounds
Are you sensitive to noise? The location of the studio within a larger building can lead to undefined contact noises.
